Our service is provided at no cost to borrowers. We may receive a referral fee from lenders when we successfully connect them with a borrower; this never increases your loan costs or affects the terms offered to you.

When you submit an application, we will share your information with licensed lenders in our network who may be able to make you a loan offer. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or any particular loan terms. Each lender makes its own independent credit decisions.
Once matched, you are under no obligation to accept any offer presented. If you choose to accept an offer, your loan agreement will be solely between you and that lender — not Loans Bear.
Loans Bear does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the services, products, or actions of any lender in our network. Any disputes regarding loan terms, repayment, or lender conduct must be resolved directly between you and the lender.
We make reasonable efforts to verify that lenders in our network are licensed and operate in good standing, but we are not responsible for their independent decisions or practices.
Loans Bear is a matchmaking service only. We do not make loan decisions, set interest rates, determine loan terms, fund loans, collect payments, or report to credit bureaus. All of these activities are performed exclusively by the lenders in our network.

All content on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Loans Bear mascot, and software — is the property of Loans Bear or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Loans Bear service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loans Bear and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
